4. Listing Accuracy

Property listings on the Platform are provided by sellers, landlords, and agents ("Listers"). While we make reasonable efforts to verify listings, Homspire does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing. Users must conduct their own due diligence before entering into any property transaction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; impersonate any person or entity; interfere with the operation of the Platform; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Homspire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homspire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
